Contacting Cascade Support
You can contact the Support Team at Digital Inspections by telephone, e-mail, voice-mail, and the Support Portal. Telephone support is available 0700-1700 (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Pacific Time. During non-business hours you can leave a voice mail message, send an e-mail message about your problem, or log a support case using the Support Portal. The Support Team will respond to your request during the next business day.
When contacting the Support Team, best practice is to always use the e-mail address and telephone numbers shown on this page; even if you know how to contact a Team member directly. Using the Support Team extension or email address ensures someone responds to your request.
